The amount of removals Damage Coverage you take should be equal to at least the value of your household contents coverage.
Be careful not to under Value. If you do under Value, and you have a partial claim, the amount you receive from the company will be adjusted according to your degree of under valuation.
EG: If you have $50,000 worth of contents and you elect to take out a policy for only $20,000 worth – in the case of a $5000.00 claim, you will only receive $2000.00.
